While Aurora "Roe" Teagarden searches for her piece of the American dream, she decides to test the waters of the family business - real estate sales, and goes to show a 3 BR house for her Realtor mom. The handsome client finds the body of a Realtor in the backyard, strangled. Suspicion is aimed at all Realtors as the key used to open the door was returned to base. Aurora starts investigating with help from her friends at Real Murders Club.

She's quite a sprightly character which matches the whodunnit's coziness. It's standard stuff yet fun and relaxing. There's some good suspects, and an adequately done mystery.
