Close is about male friendship, growing together, and then growing apart, and the aftermath of losing someone. It's about social pressure, it's about...quite a lot of things. Just be prepared to get heartbroken. I felt so sad after the film ended. It definitely left me feeling a bit emotional. The two young actors are superb and it's surprising considering that Close is their debut film.
The film is beautifully photographed, and I also love the score. Everything about this film is very fine, hence I give it 10 stars. It's very close to perfect. It's a film that will somehow always stay in me.
