Jack Flood is in Greece keeping tabs on Dimitris who has made plans to return to America. He has greased some palms of politicians so a law will be passed to allow him to step foot in America.
Paul Marino turns up to find out just who us going to so Dimitris's bidding in Congress. Dimitris is still willing to have his goons shut up any loose lips.
