I almost didn't watch it because of how sad it started but after reading some reviews about how heart warming etc it is I thought I'd give it a go and just skip the tragic parts. It gave me some hope in the middle, it was genuinely fun for a bit, but then the tragedies started piling up and then we even get a couple of horror murder mystery cases. Like, why!? What did they ever add to anything except show that small towns outside Seoul are messed up!? I had to skip many parts.
The main part I liked was that it wasn't shot in Seoul and we get to see the countryside, but apparently it turns out that was also it's detriment.
Other than that I really liked the female lead, I didn't know her prior to this. The male lead I've seen before I dramas. Also the secondare male actors were all good.
But this show feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be. And please, enough with the horrific tragedies coming one after the other!!
