Very well made movie

I'm surprised to see any bad reviews of this film on IMDb.

As someone who remembers the Kennedy assassination I thought this was an excellent portrayal of what happened and an insight into Jackie Kennedy.

Natalie Portman did this brilliantly, she looked right and she managed to do the voice and accent perfectly.

This movie also captured the emotions that this poor woman must have gone through, and I found out things about her that I never knew.

The film focused on Jackie just after the assassination, and also earlier times, such as her televised tour of the White House. The way that the film mixed with the actual footage was excellent.

The rest of the cast did a good job and Caspar Phillipson was almost perfect as JFK, if a little short. John Hurt captured the pathetic priest who could offer no comfort.

Peter Sarsgaard, didn't quite fit as Bobby, but this didn't detract to much.

I found this a thought provoking film and a really good portrayal of Jackie Kennedy and what she went through following the assassination of her husband.
