At some point I'm sure some of you have had to endure a baptism or 2. And if you're equally unlucky, among guests you have found one as irritating as Hyacinth! Her attitude to this can be summed up in this dialogue:
Richard: I always think there's something nice about a christening.
Hyacinth: there's something nicer if there's been a wedding first.
She is someone so stuck in the past, she doesn't even know she's in the present.
