This Episode begins with Izzie and George, they just had sex with each other. Meredith and Derek are still having sex with each other, the affair is there. George tells Meredith that the sex with Izzie was terrible. Teresa fainted. Teresa gets another cardiac arrest. Richard caught Derek and Meredith after they had sex with each other. Hahn performs Teresa her surgery, Meredith is assisting her with it. Teresa past away after the surgery. Richard wants Bailey as Chief Resident at the Seattle Grace Hospital. Callie tells Cristina that she got fired as Chief Resident. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 4, great drama in this Episode. Great to see that Lexie and Meredith are finally getting along!
