Requiem' unique and impressive story is aided by the constant interesting puzzle solving and stealth in the exhilarating journey. The pacing and writing rivals many modern games and the gameplay can be very diverse and exciting. The game really plays with your emotions which makes the heartfelt story so much more memorable. Each unique area and chapter offers something new and the combat and stealth changes depending on who your companion is in that time of the story. The gameplay and stealth can be tedious and repetitive but more often then not A Plague Tale: Requiem finds a way in changing the way the game is played to make it more exciting for each unique scenario. The story is truly unmatched by most games if the genre and it truly outperforms it's incredible predecessor.
