It's no Yours, Mine and Ours...but it is a wonderful follow up to the first film.

This is an excellent sequel to the first movie Big Sky River and it starts right where the last film ended.

Tara has now officially movies to Montana, the school year is starting with her getting her class into shape, and things are still progressing with her cowboy Sheriff Boone.

When Boone finally pops the question...the couple starts to have some struggles, leading up to their first big fight. They need to decide where to live and they really need a bigger home, which leads to them looking at a large ranch. This brings it home for the kids as the boys do not want to leave their home.

This really showed off the struggles that blended families experience when trying to become one. I love that their friends rallied around them and supported them.

There is more focus on our famous singing resident and her love life.

I thought this was a beautiful follow up to the original film and if you enjoyed that you will enjoy this one too. I stick by my original assessment of the first film and I am still hoping that Hallmark will go back to offering up escapism vs. Realism.
