Season 8 is unarguably the worst GoT season. However we shouldn't overhate it. Long Night was a great episode, illustrating a great fight and not only showing the power of the white walkers but also how strong the characters of game of thrones are if they fight together. Its visually perfect with outstanding music kai great fight scenes. One issue I can find its that it was very dark and it was difficult to see everything but I think that was great showing the fight against the dead. The writing isn't good, but in this episode it doesn't really matter, what mattered was the fight, which was great. Plot armor was a problem, that previous fights didn't have, nevertheless we had some harsh deaths and not everyone was saved. Arguably one of the best fights of the show and one of the top 25 episodes.
