This Episode begins with Derek and Meredith, they are waking up in the morning with Zola. Jo tells Alex that she passed her intern exam. Richard has pain in his left shoulder. Ben has a AVM in his heart, Cristina wants to use glue in his surgery. Cristina performs Ben his surgery, Shane assists her. Derek performs Mickey's brain surgery. Alex and Jimmy play on the guitar together. Jimmy tells Alex that he has another son named Nicky. Alex punched Jimmy in his face. Derek is going to werk less, then Meredith has more time to make this year count. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 10, i think this is the level of Episodes for this Season. It isn't a special Season at all so far!
