I have been waiting to see this. But I was hugely disappointed. The direction was done to creat an mysterious environment which went over the top. But still I will say it is mildly good. But my disappointed is with the stroyline. I figured out who was the killer 30 minutes into the movie even though I don't understand Tamil (I failed to get the Hindi dubbing) and I had to understand the story through subtitles. Because there was too much detail given away.
"That is why you record my everything I say". I forgot about that for a while. But when I saw the conversation through the door scene I suspected that it was a recorded voice and then I remembered the conversation in the dinner. And the fact that the killer insisted twice to get into the apartment which was the crime scene was more "give away".
I thought the motive was jealousy and ego. But once again I was disappointed. In the attempt to make it unpredictable the motive was made into a joke. And climax was a bigger joke. After waiting for a year I am very disappointed.
I am giving it 5 starts for the mild direction and the other BTS things.
