This movie turns into a gem as it progress. Starts off like your at the end of a typical war movie and proceeds to tell an entirely different story. Amazingly scripted film. My one and only negative comment was the acting by one of the lead actors. Jake was way too passive and nonchalant during the majority of the movie. They needed someone more assertive to play the role. He just seemed like he was high and lost the entire movie. He was supposed to be acting as the role of an 18Z MOS for the Army or equivalent for a Navy spec ops team. Then the fact that they double-used words for names; like chow chow? Is it because the lead actor was strung out? Aside from his acting, this was an amazing film. I would highly recommend watching this movie. You just have to get passed one poor brokeback actor.....
