Waisted my time watching this

The Great Indian Family is a lackluster attempt at portraying the complexities of familial relationships in India. While the premise is not necessarily unique, a well-executed film can still bring freshness to familiar themes. Sadly, this movie fails on multiple fronts. Wasted my time watching this movie.

It relies heavily on stereotypes and doesn't offer any new insights into the dynamics of an Indian family. The characters feel one-dimensional, and their actions often lack depth or motivation.

This film drags in some parts, making it feel longer than it actually is, while rushing through potentially interesting character arcs in others. This uneven pacing disrupts the viewer's engagement with the story.

If you're looking for a meaningful exploration of family dynamics in Indian cinema, there are far better options available. Watching this film might leave you feeling like you've wasted your time, as it offers little in the way of entertainment or enlightenment.
