As a child Kim Mo-mi dreamt of being a singer, but her mother told her that she'd have no chance thanks to her looks. At school she is bullied and she eventually ends up working in an office. However she hasn't given up on her dream. She dons a mask and wig and starts performing on an internet live-stream. Initially things go well enough but a meeting with one of her fans leads to an event that will change her life, and that of many around her, forever. Each episode is centred on a different person who is somehow affected; many of them won't survive.

If you enjoy K-drama and are looking for something that is fairly dark in tone but still has some humour then this is definitely something you might want to watch. The way each episode is centred on a different character is very effective; often showing the same events from a different perspective before advancing the plot. The cast does a fine job making the characters believable even when things get more melodramatic. The final episode wraps things up nicely so viewers won't be left hoping for another season to get a conclusion. Overall I'd certainly recommend this.
