Accidentally stumbled upon this film after looking for "The Void" by Steven Kostanski and Jeremy Gillespie. Watched the whole thing and I won't be checking out volume 2. Doesn't seem like there wasn't much thought put into this anthology. Starts off very confusing with some not great stories.
First short is about a British gentleman wandering through creepy imagery. Bleh... The second one is about a dude with his heart on the right side of his chest. The dude avoided an assassination attempt because of his heart condition. The whole thing was very strange and not a great concept. I believe after that there was a comedy short with a kid and a ghost. Completely Atrocious! Effects that looked like they were made by a Youtuber from 2010. The time machine short comes across like the beginning of a movie, but it's made very well so that was fine. The suicide app short, the social media short, the short with the two kids, and the fairy short are all fine.
Five stars for the five good shorts, the first three get no stars. I don't understand how hard it is for a distributor to package together an hour and a half of good content. They should also match each other thematically in some way. Oh well!
