Rowoon plays lawyer Jang Shin-yu whose bloodline was cursed centuries ago but meets Lee Hong-jo played by Jo Bo-ah an office worker at city hall. Jang is in a relationship and Hong-jo is besotted with another man but their past lives mean they will be drawn together as she may be the answer to lift the curse. It is an interesting plot with spells and magic alongside a stalker but it seemed to drag after the first few episodes. The romance side was believable and enchanting and the side characters were entertaining but overall the story lacked any depth. It started well but could have been so much better if they had given more depth to the plot instead of glossing over so many storylines.
