I avoided this movie because the poster had put me off. I thought it was going to be a low budget crap fest and there seem to be so many out there lately. I decided to give it a watch more out of boredom and was pleasantly surprised to find that is a pretty good movie. Despite the low budget, there is a solid story and some good acting. The doll is as creepy as hell and put to good use with some real scares.
The movie tells the story of a cursed Humpty Dumpty doll but the real heart of it is about aging and dementia. Other movies like Relic did it better admittedly, but this is a pretty good offering. It is by no means perfect, but better than a lot of trash that being foisted on us these days,
