An Australian comedy classic predicts the future

I am from Tasmania and I found this sixth episode of Utopia to be absolutely hilarious! The things they make a parody of, such as the stadium, are, no joke, being built in real life right now!

If you know about Tasmania and have some understanding of the Macquarie Point stadium that is about to be built then this episode will be very much relatable to the social and infrastructure issues that you see over here.

Some mild spoilers - as Utopia is episodic I'm not really spoiling much: Aside from the near-to-truth representation of Tasmania I feel like this episode is also quite funny in a lot of other ways. The issues that it makes fun of such as the constant printer issues, or the mandatory teamwork building exercises/modules are quite relatable to almost anyone that has worked in an office.

Also, the stereotypical politician guy, I forget his name, literally lists off his first two suggestions for an infrastructure project as building a stadium and having a big visible university right in the city. They make fun of this as this not being in the interest of Tasmanians at all. Both of those things are literally happening right now. What once used to be a joke is now reality!

Anyway, no matter if you are from Tasmania or not, this is a very good episode of Utopia to get into, and you don't have to watch any other episodes beforehand. This is why I wrote this review; if you are going to pick any one episode of Utopia to watch I'd recommend this one.
