Getting out of that trap can be a grueling process, particularly for those who spent years and years of indoctrination against the perpetual background of hell, in case one fails to follow instructions. As a psychotherapist, I have met so many suffering people, that even after extensive CBT and support groups, cannot overcome their fears and live in clinical depression.
