In this fourth installment of everyone's favorite McDonaldland clown, Ronald McDonald has a surprise birthday party. At first, Hamburglar doesn't have anything to give as a present for Ronald until he meets a crazy professor who gives free tickets to a place he calls Birthday World. Little do Ronald and his friends know what evil plans that scientist has up his sleeve.
