Expected the movie would dive more into the Hardcore scene as it grew in the 90s.
But in the end it was just more about drugs and a very predictable story of two brothers.
Of course one of them is the gabber, but clearly immediately super into everything that can be swallowed or can go up the nose.
The younger brother goes along, goes to one party and becomes a gabber. While to me it's very superficial on why he likes it. The story sticks around the 3-4 characters, while it was all about the movement and other gabbers, the family. It now just evolves around the older brother making one obvious bad mistake after the other.
In the end very underwhelming.
