This is the just a small story of a mental sick woman. Not sure why they didn't hospitalize her from the beginning. So they said she was a good cop? Really? Not even a gun she had, she couldn't fight, if you were waiting for a karate trained woman? Forget it. They beat her always. Three seasons with the same images from the baby....same ones over and over...I used the forward button many times. The family didn't help her much: she had 2 horrible and dumb kids, always angry, always answering her badly, telling her horrible things. She was never angry at them, showed them time after time how much she is willing to sacrifice and do for them. Kids were just a pair of ungrateful little evil monsters, both of them. Her husband? Another disgusting character in this story. No one of them deserved Marcella. All what they did or didn't do to her, affected her head till the point she was totally lost. Ugly, pretty ugly wicked family she had. On season 2, there were so many little parallel stories and not all of them were sorted. Why not? This show could had been compressed in just one season.
