A feel-good comedy
12 December 2023
Kallan D'Souza was a feel-good comedy; it's always a delight to be in the presence of Soubin Shahir, the super entertainer😄

We were smiling and laughing; the plot, in general, was direct and unsophisticated

DELICIOUS

-One thing you need to pay attention to is D'Souza's t-shirts 😂 Oh goodness, we saw it all: Mickey Mouse, the Joker, burgers, snakes, and so on

-The film contrasted two individuals perceived differently by society: D'Souza, a petty thief neglected by people, and Manoj, an educated and highly respected CI. We could take lessons from both

-Throw whatever role you want at Soubin Shahir and he will catch it! His performance just melted our hearts. Dileesh Pothan succeeded in upsetting us and despising him, well done 👏🏾

-The fighting scene location towards the end was creative being dark, rainy, and grassy. A great symbol to show the conquest over adversity to achieve a rebirth

BLAND

-Kallan D'Souza, though a nice and simple storyline, didn't have many elements to be unique or stand out. We knew how the scenario would end, plus the editing, art direction, etc weren't too noticeable.
