To Catch A Killer was much better then I expected. I was thinking this was going to be a straight to dvd type of film and it was far from it. Our two main leads are investigating a string of mass shootings to identify the suspect and bring him to justice. Right from the get go in this film it reels you right in and does not let up. The big downside to this film is that the acting is very stiff in most areas when it should not be. I really thought the casting was solid here but the script could have been tighter with less dialogue perhaps. The action is very realistic in this movie and can be disturbing to watch for some. Overall I had a good time with this film but probably wouldn't be rewatching it anytime soon. To Catch a Killer gets 6 stars out of 10 from me.
