I watched this religiously right after my wife and I were married. This episode is unforgettable except for the brief performance of Alfre Woodard. The firm is made up of a fair number of vultures but, as time goes by, they will all become somewhat endearing. The Arnie Becker beginning with the gun was a bit much. And, of course, we all knew he would survive the event. As with most pilots, I will not criticize it too much. This was the era of Hill Street Blues and St. Elsewhere, and so things are rapid fire. I am looking forward to reliving some memories. We can start now with the actual first offering.
