My partner and I went to see MMM on New Years and like the other under five star reviews we were blessed with Founders Day. The majority of our theatre was expecting "Beekeeper" or "Some Other Woman" because they were the only R rated movies that our Regal was advertising so a lot of people left the showing before and during the film.
This film is earth shatteringly low quality which makes it all the better to watch with a loved one. We both came to the conclusion that it was written and produced like someone's lightly seasoned political Wattpad story. However, the entire audience was laughing throughout scenes that were supposed to feel tense and high stakes. It honestly made me feel less bad about how I loud my laughing eventually got.
Definitely was worth it for the $1 showing but wouldn't drop the $12 that the ticket would be when it's released.
