Not a sports documentary, but a story...
5 February 2024
It is a documentary meant to remind its viewers of the reasons why we love this sport. It shows the joy and the pain, the triumph and the despair. And it shows all this through the eyes of the players, coaches, and fans (journalists), showing what the World Cup means to each of them and why they give so much for this piece of silverware.

This is a gold mine for football fans, but more importantly, it is an eye-opener for non-fans. It helps them understand why we love this game by showing them the comprehensive backstory of the teams and players beyond just the 90 minutes on the pitch.

It is not just another sports documentary by any means, but a well-crafted and well-told story. A must-watch for all.
