I loved the story, however, the first chapter doesn't feels like it is the first chapter, I had to read some chapters of the comic to get myself more informated, and understand the show better.
Another thing I have to say is that in the comic THERE IS this kind of romantic tension between Hua Cheng and Xie Lan, however, in the animated show, that romantic tension isn't very explicit, at least not as I expected it to be.
Overall, the show is pretty good, and I really enjoyed the plot, because it was different to the majority of animes im used to watch. The plot is engaying and I really recommend seeing the show and reading the comic.
