Came into watching this film expecting something abit like "my teacher, my obsession" which would have been even more cringe as Martin freeman is one of my most respected actors and Jenna has high praise from her role in Wednesday. I was getting ready to cringe, however I was pleasantly surprised with how well the writing was and the storyline. Admittedly some of the reviews I have read about casting Martin freeman as the teacher I agree with as the sexual tension wasn't fully there, however I did not want an attractive teacher as it made it more realistic (no offence Martin). However his accent was great and the acting was even better. I loved all the poetic nods especially Beatrice using millers book as a coaster. Overall I would recommend to anyone!
