This game is amazing. It manages to push the NES to its complete limit without making everything complicated and difficult to understand. Also, this game is the debut of copy abilities in the Kirby series. Without this game nobody would care or remember Kirby and be able to realize that is different from other platformers. This game was also the first time Meta Knight appeared in the Kirby series, so in other words this game gave birth to one of the coolest Nintendo characters. Additionally, this game features cutscenes. I know this seems extremely simple now but the NES wasn't exactly the brightest of consoles (even though lots of good games exist on the NES), so even though most of the cutscenes are just Kirby doing funny dances at the beginning of levels the cutscene they should be appreciated. Also, I'm pretty sure Kirby hits King Dedede in the testicles near the end of the game.
