Warning: Spoilers
This is what our country situations does prevail capturing the real health issues in remote villages and how rural doctors struggle to adapt and accommodate in these condition, indeed a real tribute the hilly people... Especially predicted the climax to be fruitful but director M. Saravanan chose to complete with a harsh reality making it more impactful...

The story feels like new concept, were they're no Negative character in the movie & when people or the film crew are running behind boxoffice collections and success also the actors busy getting salaries in crores M.saravanan does chose to stay true to his profession in delivering a socially responsible movie creating awareness that strikes the chord at right times & do register it in the minds of govt officials...

Mahima Nambiar shines in her role as the young doctor, portraying the complexities of her character with perfection while Tharshan, spearheading the movement for a doctor in the village, delivers a commendable performance with his simple yet realistic nature...The late RS Sivaji's dual roles as Tharshan's father and uncle add emotional depth to the narrative...

Sakthivel's visuals and Sathya's music contribute significantly to the film's appeal, enhancing the overall cinematic experience. The narrative, inspired by real-life events, resonates strongly with the audience, evoking emotions with each life-saving moment...

Overall "NAADU" successfully addresses crucial societal issues of those living in the remote corners of our nation...
