Remarkable!

I am incredibly delighted after watching it!

I don't see any point in describing anything about the visuals, everything was clear from the first part, and Villeneuve in general is a great visionary, but I was happy to see that the script doesn't lag behind. The second part is also full of smart and unusual solutions, tricks and references. Zimmer's soundtrack is difficult to overestimate - it is magnificent, as always in projects of this level.

As for the plot, it is just as choppy as in the first part, but this cannot be avoided. At the same time, even at the end of the film, Villeneuve continues to introduce the inexperienced viewer to the universe of Frank Herbert, while hinting that he wants to finally take on the next book. I believe that Villeneuve understands the vision of the author of the books on the world and the future as no one else.

Movies, like books, demonstrate reality mercilessly, hard, dry, like the sands of a dune. Ruling with your heart is weakness, because you always have to make hard choices. Villeneuve also demonstrates how faith and religion are important for the world, how you can create confusion, fool the weak and hit the minds of fanatics without any instructions - just smart planning. For me, this part will be forever etched in my memory. I definitely recommend watching it to those who liked the first part.
