I don't care how important the subject matter is, this tv series is as boring as anything I've ever seen.
Yes, it's a unique twist to view the Nazi-jews situation ,and yes the cinemetography is excellent. -But that's all you can say.
There's almost no plot. There are a few very moving scenes, but they are few and far between.
No depth, just stereotypes
What a disappointment. A complete lack of depth; both the story itself but particularly the characters are all so bland. We have to guess about most people's motives. Except from the officer at the very end of the story, all Germans are evil stereotypes. Everyone is so one-dimensional. There is no nuance; only black and white.
