A documentary that could be questioned

Warning: Spoilers
I recognize the effort made by the director, because I can see the humanity during the war period and the possible situation in my hometown, Taiwan, in the future. Despite this, I have to say the director interfered too much by asking so many stupid questions like asking whether a man shifting dead bodies into a ditch was sad or not. Come on! Couldn't you just see with your eyes? These kinds of silly interviews were a lot in this film, just like what Taiwanese journalists do. Also, I have to doubt whether the director got permission to film some of the scenes and injured people, because some people just seemed unhappy or unconscious about the filming, and I think these actions might be disrespectful to others. Making a documentary for propaganda is one thing, but it shouldn't be overdone, and the techniques should be proper as well. Nevertheless, it's not easy to make something like this. It has some disadvantages, of course, but we should still give the director some praise. We could say that he somehow took charge of the tragedy at the war to gain reputation, but why not? After all, he might die when making the film as well. He put his life at risk. He surely wanted to do something big. If anyone criticizes this film, I can totally understand. They might not just pro-Russia or something; they might just notice these disadvantages like me and they can't accept them.
