It's not enough that she's the reason the relationship ended because her behavior made Ross feel insecure - which looking at what happened, is VERY understandable: She hugs the dumba$$ before she hugs Ross - RIGHT THERE shows she screwed up. She's already spending very little time with him. In his shoes I'd just stopped talking to her or trying and see how long it takes before she notices. Now in this episode, she's sabatoging him by knowingly encouraging Phoebe to set him up with someone she THINKS he won't care for, only to find out she's wrong, and has the absolute gall to get upset that her plan didn't work. In a later episode she further sabotages him by encouraging her to shave her head.
