It's clear that the writers' strike affected the quality of writing on your show. A lot of the episodes are clearly suffering from terrible writing. I can't believe that this episode even aired considering how terribly it was written.
The build up to the reveal and plot point was incredibly lazy and provided no real drama other than lazily revealing the rapist as the most obvious character. The sting operation was lazy and cliche to say the least (Roland might come back as part of the team). They finally catch the rapist and bring everything to a terrible rushed closure. Overall, this is the worst episode I've seen so far and it's clear the writer's strike hurt them.
