Great production value, the sceneries look amazing, it really impressed me how the cultures looked so different and detailed.
The story starts interesting, but it just didn't grab me strongly enough to keep me interested, for some reason.
I'm always curious about evolution, long gaps of time, the future, and all these temes, but this just doesn't seem to do it right. Maybe it's the sense of, even if lots of years go by, everything looks different but the same. The visual design doesn't show evolution, just change. That might be it.. It felt uneven as the episodes went, by the end of season 1 I was kind of out of it. Started season 2, but I'm really not hooked to see what happens next.
It's just missing something to me, and I can't really pint what exactly.
The performances are good in most of the casting, cinematography is really beautiful, but it's the story that's not doing it for me.
