I still don't understand why the protagonist is in flashbacks when she isn't.
That sex in the first episode where supposedly one of the husband's patients died, in which the protagonists appear doing little things, was it with the other lover?
Since he mentions that it was at a time when the patient died and he became ill and had an affair with another woman, what doesn't make sense is that the wife would have flashbacks with him at that moment and even more so that he had already lost his job in first episode.
I still suspect the protagonist's son, but the one I suspect most is Lily Rabe.
There is no reason for them to withhold information about who the other lover is, the obvious alternative is Lily Rabe, but this won't even seem like a plot twist, for the simple fact that they delayed information that could have already been said at that time.
