It may be a very long running series, but still a winner in my opinion, I enjoy it just as much now as ever, I like the fact that there are additional presenters, it adds in different property perspectives and knowledge. Whilst some properties may not be that interesting to some I still love to see what people hope for and what they actually achieve, and it always given me ideas that I would never have thought of, and often the properties are very quirky and interesting - I don't know what the negative reviewers expect really - the programme doesn't need new ideas, the format works for me! (I do actually like the themed songs played too).
