Episode Eight - Milk
Amy Adams' character's boss is the king of the series, the boss everyone would like to have, a big daddy.
What a bad ending to an uninteresting series, but at least I got who had killed it and why (jealousy of Adora) and finally jealousy of Amy Adams, the bad thing is that probably with all the affection that Mr. Curry has for Amy Adams, It was a matter of time before he was next.
There are several series addressing this disorder, and so far the best is The Act (not a spoiler, as it is based on a real case).
The daughter or son who has a mother like that must have something similar to Stockholm Syndrome, right?
They (the children) become so used to their mother's attention and care that when they don't have it anymore, they miss it, no matter how bad it was (but that's just a guess, I'm not a doctor and I don't research it).
I thought the series was pretty good, more or less, I thought all the performances were ok, nothing special, and I didn't think the plot was good either, mainly because I love slow series, mainly because of the character development in these series, here It was a slow series that didn't add anything at the end and what's more, it didn't even end, so much so that the murders were only shown in cuts in the post credits.
But for those who like this, great.
