Phaniyamma is a 1983 Indian Kannada film, directed by Prema Karanth and Produced by Prema Karanth. The film stars L V Sharadha, Baby Prathima, Prathibha Kasaravalli, Poornima Gaonkar, Sripramila and Bhavani in lead roles. The music of the film was composed by B V Karanth.
