A film crew follows Doctor Wright, a young neurologist, as he seeks a cure for a rare brain disorder where his outward reactions are the exact opposite of what a situation would require. When seeking other victims, he is approached by Officer Nolan who himself seeks help for the same mysterious condition: Severe Cranial Reverse Emotional Wellness Disorder.
