The Morpheus One space ship is launched into space by NASA to undertake a mission to Planet 9. The purpose of the mission is to discover whether or not it is habitable for humans. The voyage was a solo one, for approximately the launch, when the Captain, Commander Jessica Santosh (Emily Ritammer) discovers a stowaway on board. Unfortunately for her, the stowaway is her ex-boyfriend Derek (Dave Maresca). Together, with the on-board artificial intelligence protocol system Kenny M3.4000.XLP (Cary Michael Ayers), Jess, and Derek must learn to live with each other in deep space and overcome aliens in an invasion like no other before.
