The Inner Voice (Angela Katherine Baker) follows Catherine (Jessica Joerndt) through her routine as she gets ready for a date, which she hasn't had in a while. She perseveres through her awful thoughts and continues the fight through therapy and chooses to love herself and her inner voice.
