Kyouji Murata, an intellectual gangster, and Ippei Otomo, who had a strong fight, vowed to stand at the top of the underworld. However, Kyoji and his friends slip back in time to the end of the Tokugawa shogunate due to the power of a mysterious child during a conflict with opposing forces. While Kyouji meets Ryoma Sakamoto, who looks exactly like him, Ippei and the others join the Shinsengumi.
