Ed Kaye is a Professional Organizer who is in love with his co-worker Maryanne. Dick is the office bully who terrorizes Ed on a daily basis. Dick is also a break dancer. Dick shows off his break dancing moves to Maryanne and the rest of the co-workers which leaves them impressed. Seeing this, Ed, builds the courage to challenge Dick to a one-on-one break dancing competition in hopes of winning Maryanne's affections. The only problem is that Ed has never danced in his life. With the help of a break dancing video ordered from a TV commercial, Ed is transformed into the ultimate break dancer, but is it enough to win the affections of Maryanne and defeat his rival Dick?
