Olivia is a lonely, depressed old woman. She feeds her dreams watching the same film every day on TV and with the sporadic visits of her daughter, Clara, that never provides the expected affective return. One day, a letter that Olivia receives by mistake, takes her to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. An impulse makes her stay there and receive the sharing of several other people, all new to her life. When she decides to attend the meetings, Olivia looks at herself again.
