In this government documentary short film, United States Air Force Brigadier General (and film star) James Stewart introduces a depiction and examination of the Air Forces's Strategic Air Command's Command and Control organization. The Command and Control function of SAC is the means by which orders are carried out throughout the active defense branch of the Air Force. The Nebraska headquarters are illustrated as the brain center of the organization, but emergency locales, including airborne command centers, are depicted as well.
