- This cartoon is infamous for being the darkest in the Tom & Jerry series. Tom is bent on suicide after he loses his girlfriend to his rival. Both Tom and Jerry sit on the railroad tracks at the end of the episode and it is rumored whether they actually die. It is strongly implied they both die because the episode ends with them both sitting on the tracks and a train whistle is heard as the screen goes black. (Their fates are left unknown).
